  • Selected as trainer for newly purchased Questech Charisma Cleo digital effects device. (January 1993).
  • Regularly deputised for Assistant Shift Supervisors in BBC Post Production. (February 1992 – March 1993).
  • Selected as trainer for newly purchased Panasonic D3 digital recorders. (July 1991).
  • Selected as trainer for new BBC post‐production area in Television Centre. (January 1991).
  • Awarded on‐going bonus for: …continuing excellent standard of work. That bonus remained in place until leaving the BBC. (December 1990).
  • Three month attachment to BBC's film/video conforming (on‐line editing) operation. (July – September 1990).

  • Chosen as Edit Assistant for launch of first digital editing facility in BBC Television. (Autumn 1989).
  • Regularly worked as Edit Assistant, mainly with Mykola Pawluk, working on flagship LE programmes. These included: Rory Bremner Show, Lenny Henry Show, Les Dawson Show, Opportunity Knocks, etc.
  • Promoted to Senior Recording Operator. (February 1985).
